■調達戦略:調達組織方針・調達プロジェクト戦略/施策・パートナー戦略・施策の立案と遂行
■調達実行
・ソーシング:サプライヤ調査、戦略策定、引合、交渉、契約
・パーチェシング:発注依頼、発注、納品/検収、支払い
■調達プロジェクト管理:調達品のコスト、納期、工期の管理
■調達サプライヤー管理:サプライヤーの評価、情報管理、BCP管理
■調達管理業務:DX等、業務効率の向上。HRDD等、調達CSR、調達コンプライアンスのガバナンス

■Procurement strategy: Planning and implementation of procurement organization policy, procurement project strategy/measures, partner strategy/measures
■Procurement execution
・Sourcing: Supplier research, strategy formulation, inquiries, negotiations, contracts
・Purchasing: order request, ordering, delivery/acceptance inspection, payment
■Procurement project management: Management of cost, delivery date, and construction period of procured items
■Procurement supplier management: supplier evaluation, information management, BCP management
■Procurement management operations: Improving operational efficiency such as DX. Governance of HRDD, procurement CSR, procurement compliance |

【必須要件】
・調達/購買部門の実務経験(目安2年以上)
・社内外との円滑なコミュニケーション力
・業務遂行能力
・正義感
・基本レベルのPCスキル(Word、Excel、Powerpoint等)
・TOEIC730以上程度、また、業務に支障が無い英会話力
・必要な日本語力:ビジネス(読み、書き、話す)
【歓迎要件】
・社会インフラ事業企業、プラント・エンジニアリング業界、コンサル業界での経験
・ITリテラシーが高い方
・中級レベルのPCスキル(エクセルのピボットテーブルやVLOOL関数)
[Requirements]
・Work experience in procurement/purchasing department (estimated 2 years or more)
・Smooth communication skills both inside and outside the company
・Work execution ability
・Sense of justice
・Basic level PC skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
・Required English ability: TOEIC 730 or higher or English conversation skills that do not interfere with work
・Required Japanese ability: Business(read, write, speak)
