The company is currently promoting many projects centered on the diverse business fields of a major general trading company. They are expanding their workforce, especially in the next fiscal year and beyond, as we change and strengthen our sales department structure.

[Job description]
You will be responsible for a series of tasks from contract drafting, execution, and management while accompanying the sales staff in the team that executes consulting services while envisioning measures such as providing technical solution functions and digital infrastructure by data scientists and agile development members. 
In addition, you will also be responsible for the future growth of the sales planning area as the main person in charge of practical operations.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks,
- Drafting of contracts using their model form (*The sales representative in charge will negotiate and agree on the terms and conditions of the contract with the client). The main types of contracts include outsourcing contracts, license agreements, and advisory contracts.
- Attend meetings between the sales representative in charge and the client, and respond to concerns and questions from the client regarding contract terms and procedures (knowledge of legal and business perspectives is required).

- Work with the sales representative in charge and the Business Administration Department to conclude contracts (bind, seal, and mail, or send out contracts electronically). Contracts may be concluded with Sumitomo Corporation Group companies, external companies, or companies outside Japan.
- Management of data processing and filing of contracts that have been executed.
- Review business processes on a voluntary basis, and formulate and promote improvement plans as necessary.
- Other new and irregular tasks that arise in the area of sales planning
