This is the start-up company founded in February 2023 that manufactures omni-directional mobile robots and develops software. The company aims to realize a world where humans and robots coexist as a matter of course, by using robots to replace poor working conditions and solve serious labor shortages in the industrial world. They have received inquiries from more than a dozen listed companies, and they expect to become profitable within one to two years.

Currently, they have 13 employees, including the CEO, who has experience in a world robot cup competition, and members who are excellent researchers and management members from various industries, such as researchers at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, automobile manufacturers, and commercial banks. As a start-up established this year, they are in the phase of building up the company organization from 0 to 1, and they can create the company together. The market for automation using robots is large, and they plan to expand overseas in the future. Salary will be commensurate with the growth of the business, and they will work together to develop the benefits package.
Compared to conventional omni-directional moving mechanisms, their main product, the omni-directional moving platform, is more compact, yet has higher traveling performance and mobility, and is expected to be used on rough floors and in confined spaces at manufacturing and construction sites, as well as in situations requiring precise mobility. In addition to the hardware, they also provide a one-stop service for the software that supports mobility. They have begun joint research with a major general contractor and have received numerous inquiries from various industries, including more than a dozen other prime listed companies. |

自律移動ロボット(AMR)の社会実装および製品化に向けたソフトウェアエンジニアとして、以下の業務から一部を担当頂きます。
・モーター及び機構運動の制御ソフトウェア改善(上位コンピューターがLinux、制御ECUがRTOS)
・(Visual) SLAMを用いた自己位置推定機能の改善
・カメラおよび近接センサを用いた衝突回避機能のロバスト化
・自動充電のための誘導走行機能追加
・複数ロボットの制御(群制御、フリート管理FMSなど)
・Web GUIの改善と通信改善
・補器類の通信制御
・クライアントが持つシステムに対する合わせこみ
+上記に関する調査、システム設計、開発、テスト設計の一部または全部
[Job description]
As a software engineer for the social implementation and commercialization of autonomous mobile robots (AMR), you will be responsible for some of the following tasks
・Improvement of control software for motor and mechanical motion (Linux for host computer, RTOS for control ECU)
・Improvement of self-position estimation function using (Visual) SLAM
・Improvement of robustness of collision avoidance function using camera and proximity sensor
・Guided driving function for automatic recharging
・Control of multiple robots (swarm control, fleet management FMS, etc.)
・Improvement of Web GUI and communication
・Communication control of auxiliary equipment
・Adaptation to the client's system
+ Research, system design, development, and test design related to the above, in whole or in part |

【必須要件】
・必要な日本語力:上級レベル(面接対応ができる)
・産業用機器/民生用機器の開発実務経験3年以上、またはソフトウェア実装経験10年以上
・開発言語:C++、Python
【歓迎要件】
・ROS2を用いた開発経験
・JavaScriptやUnity等を用いたGUI機能開発経験
・Dockerを用いた実行環境構築経験
・AWS等を用いたシステム構築経験
・規格やアセスメント対応のためのテスト設計経験
・ロボティクス関連分野における知識
・SSH等を用いたリモート開発
・ソースコード管理(git)
・開発プロセス(ウォーターフォール、V字、アジャイル)に関する知識
[Requirements]
・ Required Japanese ability: Advanced
・ At least 3 years of experience in industrial/consumer equipment development or 10 years of experience in software implementation
・ Development language: C++, Python
[Preferred requirements]
・ Development experience using ROS2
・ Experience in GUI function development using JavaScript, Unity, etc.
・ Experience in building execution environments using Docker
・ Experience in building systems using AWS, etc.
・ Experience in designing tests for standards and assessments
