年間流通額100億円以上の流通を誇る国内最大級BtoB向けECプラットフォームを展開されており、現在中国BtoB卸業界に積極的に進出を行っておられます。
今後さらなる拡大が予測される海外新規事業開発において、MDやマーケティングをご担当いただくメンバーを募集します。
【業務内容】
複数展開している中国海外事業に関して以下の領域を中心にご担当いただきます。
◆MD業務
・国内外顧客との折衝により、商品企画、事業企画~提案から商品開発業務全般
・開発段階におけるスケジュール/納期管理、コスト/価格交渉、サンプル指示、その他開発に付帯する業務全般
・販売までの計画/予算管理/販促マーケティング
・海外メーカーの商品の選定、買い付け
・税金・法律・契約・関税関連のフロー構築/整備/管理
【BtoB向けECプラットフォームについて】
「売り手」と「買い手」をつなげる卸売り・仕入れプラットフォームで、年間流通額約100億円を超える国内最大級のBtoB向け卸プラットフォームです。
通常、ECサイトは企業と個人間での売買を想定されるかと思いますが、上流でメーカー(問屋)×バイヤー(小売業者、ECサイト事業者)の取引も存在しており、国内最大級の流通金額を誇る業界では有名なマーケットプラットフォームとして成長し続けています。
今回は中国・海南省を拠点とした越境ECプラットフォームのリリースを計画をしており、本PJ立ち上げに関わるメンバーの募集です。
越境プラットフォーム事業に関連する、新規事業の立案に関する業務にも携わることが可能です。

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following areas of the company's overseas business in China
◆MD duties
- Negotiate with domestic and international customers to develop products from product planning, business planning and proposals to product development in general.
- Manage schedules and delivery dates, negotiate costs and prices, provide sample instructions and other tasks related to development in the development stage.
- Planning, budget management, and sales promotion marketing up to the sales stage
- Selection and purchasing of products from overseas manufacturers
- Construction/maintenance/management of flow related to taxes, laws, contracts, and customs duties
[About BtoB EC Platform]
It is a wholesale and purchasing platform that connects "sellers" and "buyers" and is one of the largest BtoB wholesale platforms in Japan with an annual distribution value of over 10 billion yen.
Normally, EC sites are supposed to be for buying and selling between companies and individuals, but upstream transactions between manufacturers (wholesalers) and buyers (retailers, EC site operators) also exist, and it continues to grow as a well-known market platform in the industry with one of the largest distribution amounts in Japan.
This time, we are planning to release a cross-border EC platform based in Hainan Province, China, and are looking for members involved in the launch of this project.
You will also be able to be involved in the planning of new businesses related to the cross-border platform business.

Trial period: 3-6 months
Assumed annual income: ¥8M-¥10M
* Monthly salary 666,667 yen (including basic overtime pay of 86,705 yen for 45 hours) ~ monthly salary 833,333 yen (including basic overtime pay of 195,087 yen for 45 hours)
* Overtime pay for work exceeding 45 hours will be paid separately.
*Based on skills/previous job salary, we will judge according to our regulations.
*We also conduct interviews to discuss conditions before and after the job offer.

Working hours: 9:00-18:00 (break 60 minutes)
