This position will be responsible for the planning, development and execution of marketing strategies and the planning, design and execution of efficient and effective sales processes for the entire Solution Sales Division. This is a challenging new position that will drive the expansion of new business.

[Job description]

1. Planning, formulation, and execution of marketing strategies: 60

   - Market analysis/segmentation/targeting

   - Selection, planning, and execution of effective methods (web, events, content distribution, etc.)

   - Result management and improvement process operation

   - Partner collaboration and management

2. Planning, design, and execution of sales process: 40%.

   - Design, construction, and operation of CRM system

   - Structuring of the entire process

   - Lead management (generation/nurturing/qualification)


- N1 level Japanese language skills

- Experience in marketing strategy based on effective marketing strategies tailored to customer x solution (especially web marketing)

- Experience in sales process management in BtoB business (especially, experience in CRM system design, construction, and operation)

- Collaboration with business partners

- Experience in solution sales

- Experience in software sales related to SCM, logistics, and distribution

- Experience and knowledge of SCM, logistics, and distribution


Employment Type: Permanent 

Trial period: 4 months

Estimated annual income: ¥7M - ¥10M

Work location: Tokyo (full remote is available)

                      *Depending on the nature of the work, some days may be required to go out and work at customer sites.

Working hours: Flexible working hours (fully flexible)

Holidays: 2 days a week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays
