顧客とチャットボット間チャット履歴を使用して、チャットボットで構成できる新しいシナリオを考え出します。 日本語に堪能で、顧客の視点で考える能力が必要です。 目的は、チャットボットの機能を継続的に改善することにより、顧客とチャットボットとのやり取りを最小限に抑えることです。

■ Job Description 

The conversational analyst uses the chat history between customers, chatbot, and human agents to come up with new scenarios that can be configured in the chatbot. The engineer should be well versed in the Japanese language with the ability to think from the customer’s perspective. The objective is to minimize interactions with a human agent by continuously improving the bot's capabilities. To improve the bot’s capabilities, one should identify the areas where the bot currently fails to respond properly.

■ Responsibilities

Think from the customer’s perspective and identify gaps in bot capabilities for frequently encountering scenarios.

Analyze chat history stored in the BigQuery database and analyze the success metrics for the bot to come up with new Dialogflow scenarios.

Interact with business teams to understand and refine the new scenarios proposed by them.

Configure the identified scenarios in Dialogflow CX and map them to existing intents.

Define specifications for new chatbot intents 

Interact with the development team to define requirements for service development for supporting new intents.

■ Requirements

・ Native Japanese level

・ Advanced - Business English level

・ Working experience with bot frameworks like Dialogflow, Azure bot framework, etc. Dialogflow experience with a bit of technical background in backend services is preferred.

■ Conditions

Employment Type: Permanent

Trial period: 3 months *No change in the condition during the trial period

Estimated annual salary: 5 to 10 million JPY

Working location: Tokyo * Remote work is available

Working hours: 9:00 – 18:00 or 10:00 – 19:00

Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National holidays, Summar holidays, End of Year and New Year holidays, and paid leaves
