【お仕事の内容】

大手製造、金融保険企業向け大型刷新開発プロジェクト、また大型ERPパッケージソフト（販売、会計、人事給与勤怠領域）の導入開発保守プロジェクトで、SE／PMとして上流工程業務メイン、一部開発支援、スキル経験によってはプロジェクトマネジメント、自社海外開発センターの管理業務もご担当いただきます。

具体的にはスキル経験によって下記いずれの業務を担当いただきます。

・要件のヒヤリング、仕様理解&作成

・オフショアメンバーに仕様伝達、成果物レビュー、進捗管理

・システムバージョンアップ、トラブル対応、開発支援

・クライアントからの問い合わせ対応

・企業に導入したERPパッケージの保守、障害対応

・顧客折衝、プロジェクト全体管理

【必須要件】

・Java開発経験2年以上、もしくはパッケージ導入開発経験2年以上

・基本設計経験1年以上

・日本語ビジネスレベル

・C#,JavaScript開発経験

[Details of work]

Large-scale renovation development projects for major manufacturing and financial insurance companies, as well as introduction, development and maintenance projects for large-scale ERP package software (sales, accounting, personnel, payroll, and attendance areas). Depending on the situation, you may also be responsible for project management and management of our overseas development center.

Specifically, depending on your skills and experience, you will be responsible for any of the following tasks.

・Hearing requirements, understanding and creating specifications

・Communicate specifications to offshore members, review deliverables, and manage progress

・System upgrade, troubleshooting, development support

・Responding to inquiries from clients

・Maintenance of ERP package introduced in the company, troubleshooting

・Customer negotiations, overall project management

[Requirements]

・More than 2 years of Java development experience, or more than 2 years of package introduction development experience

・More than 1 year basic design experience

・Japanese business level

[Preferred requirements]

・Business knowledge of accounting, sales, distribution, personnel and payroll

・C#, JavaScript development experience

・Experience related to infrastructure construction

・Experience with any of the following

- Experience operating packaged products and external collaboration tools

- ERP implementation and operation experience

・Those who can proactively propose improvements

・Experience in offshore development projects

Estimated annual income: 5-8 million yen
