# 180 Senior UI / UX designer
This company, listed in the Tokyo Stock Exchange, holds many group companies that provide call center outsourcing, event planning, recruitment and staffing services of sales staff, operators, contract workers, civil engineers, back office, and recruitment services. Currently, their focus is the IT field, for which is looking for new members.
You will work in the IT development department.
This department develops its own product that supports the recruitment of foreigners and HR-related tech.
From the user's perspective, you will propose effective UI / UX together with the project members.
After the product is released, you will also analyze user feedback and improve the service.
-UI / UX design for new services
-UX / UI improvement of existing products, growth hack, marketing promotion design
-Communication with product managers (VPoE) and engineers and involvement in decision making
-Interview with designer candidates
-Branding of organizations and products
-Adobe Creative Cloud
-N2 Japanese level
-UI / UX design work experience more than 3 years
-Experience in UI / UX design for web services, iOS / Android apps, or all
-Portfolio that shows achievements and skills
-Ability to think and propose UX and UI with a logical approach
-Ability to make suggestions actively including interactions
-Ability to work actively on problem-solving
-Experience in team-building of a designer organization
-Experience in developing and launching services from scratch
-Experience in producing/operating a design system
-Experience in facilitating Design Scrum
Expected annual salary: ¥ 7 M~¥ 10 M
Bonus: twice a year
Salary promotion: twice a year, depending on the performance
Working hour: Flex-time (you need to work 4 hours in a day at least, and adjust your time work flexibly if you meet 160 hours in a month)

Overtime work: Average 20 hours monthly
Holiday: Total 125 days in a year (Saturday and Sunday, National holidays, GW, summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, birthday, condolences, childbirth party, special marriage, nursing/childcare leave, etc.)

Trial period: 6 months
