# 181 Project Manager for Construction Site
This company, listed in the on Tokyo Stock Exchange, holds many group companies that provide call center outsourcing, event planning, recruitment and staffing services of sales staff, operators, contract workers, civil engineers, back office, and recruitment services. Also, the company now focuses on the IT fields, and develop their own media and client’s projects constantly. To expand the IT business, the company is looking for new members.
This department offers services specialized for civil engineers. To improve in-house media and gain more candidates for civil engineers, you will manage engineer, designer, marketer, and editor as a department manager for development and digital marketing. You will also work with the members in various roles as described above to think of plans and strategy.
・ Competition analysis, KPI analysis.
・ Development/renovation of in-house media.
・ Setting of issues and coordination with each part.
・ Design of CRM and Web media.
・ Management of advertising budget and department budget.
・N1 Japanese level
・ System development experience, PM experience of a team of 5 or more people.
・ Experience in defining requirements for upstream processes.
・ Experience of training members.
・ Experience in digital marketing such as digital advertising, SEO and SNS.
Expected annual salary: ¥7M - ¥10M
Bonus: twice a year
Salary promotion: twice a year, depending on the performance
Working hour: 10:00 ～ 19:00
Overtime work: Average 20 hours monthly
Holiday: Total 125 days in a year (Saturday and Sunday, National holidays, GW, summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, birthday, condolences, childbirth party, special marriage, nursing/childcare leave, etc.)
Paid leaves: 10 ~ 20 days
Trial period: 6 months
