[Job Description]

1) Team Leader of site management team (regional responsibility - central Japan: Tokyo〜Okayama) 2) Sometimes, also manage and supervise one large construction site and original contractors for construction projects of solar (and wind) power plants.

・Level-1 Electricity Construction Management Engineer or Level-1 Civil Construction Management Engineer. ・Knowledge of electricity/mechanical​ engineering or civil engineering. ・Leadership experience ・Understanding of processes and quality management and able to align a team to work along with the company standards ・Ideally (not obligatory) experience in the construction of PV power plants ・High communication and interpersonal skills ( high Japanese skills (N2 or better) for talking on-site) ・Perserverance and patience. ・Well versed in team management and explanatory skills. ・Willing to work at construction sites for a long period of time and be involved in a wide range of activities.

[Preferable Requirement]

・Experiance in the construction of PV power plants


Salary: ¥6 M - ¥8 M 

Employment Type: Permanent

Location: Tokyo or Fukuoka (You will be based on Tokyo or Fukuoka office, but be stationed at a construction site across Japan as long-term business trip for each project. The company will prepare the housing on-site)
