#243 Server-side Engineer for Cross Reality Company
This company aims to create a world where Cross Reality (XR) is commonplace. It focuses on BtoB, and has taken the challenge of creating an XR market by expanding the business utilization of XR technology.
Now, the company is focusing on the VR collaboration service for businesses that allows multiple people to share a virtual space at a business meeting, seminar, event, exhibition, etc. The user can participate not only from the HMD but also from PCs or smartphones, and can communicate interactively as if the user was phisically present. The product/service started to be used by many large companies. Therefore this company is looking for new members to further enhance its services and develop new technologies.
・ Design and development of Web API, an application for management screens on the Web of the product.
・ Management, operation and maintenance of WEB server and DB server using AWS
・ Improvement of DevOps environment
・ Development using the latest XR devices and cutting-edge technology.
・ Create a new market
・ Involved in everything from service construction to operation and maintenance.
・ Involved in the growth of large-scale services
・ Many of the engineers like new technologies such as XR, AI, WebRTC, and VFX.
・ There is a strong commitment to UI / UX in XR.
・ Experience in server-side design, development, and operation in a Linux environment
・ Development experience with Ruby on Rails
・ Development experience using AWS
・ Development experience using Git (OK even if it is not practical)
・ Basic security knowledge
・ Japanese level enough to communicate with other engineer members

・ Construction of Docker environment, work experience using Docker
・ EC site development experience
・ Experience in building and operating CI / CD
・ Development experience of VR / AR etc. using Oculus, HTC Vive, etc.
・ Experience operating websites with heavy traffic
Salary: 4M – 6M JPY
Employment type: Permanent
Location: Tokyo (Remote work is available)
Work hour: Flex (Core time: 12:00 – 17:00)
