#259 R&D Software Engineer (C#) for Analytical Medical Products

In this position, as part of a team of talented software engineers, you'll have a great opportunity to contribute to healthcare while tackling technical challenges. This team is responsible for the overall device control software development process for clinical laboratory analyzers (fully automated chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassays).
The detail is as follows.
・ Development of the medical software
・ Device control software specification creation, design, coding, testing, and various reviews
・ Join the Scrum team as a team member
・ Joint development with software engineers in overseas office (USA)
・ Improvement of software quality
・ Development experience using C #
・ Experience in developing applications or systems using RDBMS
・ Business-level Japanese communication skills
・ Development experience in global projects
・ Scrum development experience
・ Medical device development experience

Expected annual salary: 〜¥7.84M
Annual salary promotion: once a year ( April )
Bonus: Incentive bonus is provided in March based on company performance and individual performance
Working location: Mishima, Shizuoka
Commuting allowance full payment up to 100,000 yen per month
Working hours: 8:45-17:00 (breaks: 12:15-13:00) 7.5 hours of actual work
Flextime system (core time 11: 00-15: 00)
Holiday:124 days in a year
Paid leave (given the number of days based on the company policy)
Trial period: 3 months (no change on the condition during the trial period)
