You will be in charge of data scientists work for a screening system that can search for various therapeutic antibodies at high speed, by combining bioinformatics technology that analyzes big data obtained from next-generation sequencers with machine learning algorithms.
・ Research achievements (papers, etc.) using machine learning in the field of computer science or life science, or more than 3 years of work experience in the same specialized field
・ Comprehensive understanding of neural network and statistical machine learning theory
・ Basic mathematical background for understanding statistical concepts
・ Basic understanding in software development (general understanding of UNIX, experience of operating a version control system under a specific policy, etc.)
・ Over 3 years of implementation experience using programming languages (Python, etc.) used for data science

■ Preferred Requirements
・ Desirable to have domain knowledge regarding protein performance prediction, natural language processing, and handling of 3D data.
Expected annual salary: from 6M JPY ~, depending on your skills and experience
