2022年の政府主導のlevel４解禁を控え、ドローンや空飛ぶクルマ前提社会に突入します。複数台のドローンが空を飛び交う時代において、必ず必要とされる基盤が、空飛ぶクルマやドローンを管理する「空の道（UTM）」と呼ばれるシステムです。

空の道を作るマーケットの黎明期において、空のインフラをつくるプロジェクトの新規事業開発をお任せいたします。

ドローンの運行管理システム(UTM)サービスを中心に、国内大手企業との共同案件を中心としたプロジェクトマネジメントを行います。

社長直下にて、官公庁を巻き込み、規制作りの所から入り込みながら、大手企業（BtoBインフラ系企業）を巻き込みながら、ドローンや空飛ぶクルマのマーケットを生み出すダイナミックな仕事です！

・空のインフラを作るプロジェクトの0→1立ち上げ,新規案件獲得

・政府関係者や大手企業等の利害関係者の巻き込んだプロジェクトマネージメント

・空飛ぶクルマ、ドローンソフトウェア開発のプロジェクト管理

・空飛ぶクルマ、ドローンソフトウェアの企画・要件定義・設計

【必須要件】

・N1レベルの日本語力

・大手企業（主に電力,石油ガス,通信等のインフラ系）や官公庁の役員等を巻き込み事業をスケールさせてきたことのある方

・BtoB向けのITコンサルやIT国内ベンダーで大企業との顧客対応したことがある方

・IT関連企業での経験を持ち、プロジェクトマネージャー等の立場で顧客との折衝の経験がある方

・SIer等でシステム営業の経験があること

Project management of drone operation management system (UTM) services, with a focus on joint projects with major Japanese companies.

You will be responsible for strategic planning and execution of drone service projects!

This is a dynamic job that involves major companies (BtoB infrastructure companies) to create a market for drones and flying vehicles while getting involved from the regulatory development stage!

- Project management involving government officials, major companies, and other stakeholders

- Project management of flying car and drone software development

- Planning, requirement definition, and design of flying car and drone software

- Progress management and coordination of project members.

- Coordination with development team. System test design and release.

[Requirements]

- N1 level of Japanese language proficiency

[Preferred requirements]

- Experience in scaling up a business involving executives from major companies (mainly infrastructure companies such as electric power, oil and gas, telecommunications, etc.) and government agencies.

- Experience in IT consulting for BtoB or IT vendor in Japan, and experience in dealing with large companies.
